Here is all you need to know about our General Education PD on October 30!  Please review the information in the document, so you have all you need to plan a wonderful day of learning!

Lead 3 Registration is now open
Lead 3 Symposium exists at the intersection of leadership, technology, and innovation and provides educational leaders a venue to connect, share, and learn. Lead 3 is the place to connect with over 400 educational leaders seeking new technology solutions to improve teaching and learning.  It is April 12-14 in San Francisco.

Report Cards
A reminder you can find all dates regarding report card dates using the tab above on this blog.  Grades are due in PowerSchool by Wednesday, November 15th at 11:59pm.  A few elementary teachers of asked when they can start entering grades.  They can enter grades at any time during the school year.  We will have more information in the next week regarding grades and the gradebook.

This is something helpful to keep in hand for families in need not only during the holidays, but all year long. LiveScan Update The Roseville PD is no longer doing live scans for fingerprinting. Please refer parents to other resources. Fire Marshall Inspection Follow-up was completed with the fire inspector to clarify what each school site needs to have posted. BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LCFF Funds If you are placing any orders using LCFF money, here is a helpful resource to look at when determining if LCFF can be used. When in doubt, always reach out to your coach or Rachael. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
