Score Reports in PowerSchool
The message below was sent to all parents in grades 3-8.
California Department of Education (CDE) is transitioning to a paperless system for 2019 CAASPP (California Assessments of Student Performance and Progress) tests.  We are pleased to announce that our district is making specific score reports from Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) available for parents for testing years 2017 and 2018.
Here are a few key details:

If your child took the 2017 and/or 2018 Math and ELA (English Language Arts) SBAC tests, you will be able to view, download, and print the score results.
Moving forward, all score reports will be available using PowerSchool’s parent portal.
The district will no longer receive paper copies from CDE. Consequently, we will no longer mail score reports starting with the 2019 administration.

Please find attached a ‘how-to’ guide on how to access these results.

PowerSchool Administrators: Once logged in, search for any student and click on their name to bring up the student screens. From the left navigation menu, click State/Province - CA, then select Score Reports from the list.
