Essential Standards PLC Feedback Form Reminder   
As a reminder, please remember to have your PLCs fill out the Essential Standards Feedback form during a future Staff Meeting. Only one form submission per PLC. Thank you!

Safety Plan Clarification
The plans are due to Meghan, approved and signed by your School Site or Safety Team no later than January 23, 2020, so they can be added to the Board agenda in time. It is recommended that you have your plan in its final draft before we head out to Winter Break.

Meghan will be at the work party on November 19th if you have any questions.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
