MTSS Spotlight
Having a strong Multi-Tiered System of Support for our students includes social-emotional wellness for our adults too. Self-Care is important for you, the educators of RCSD. Take a moment to look at these self-care ideas and ways you can make a self-care plan for yourself. Then share your plan with your colleagues and/or your family members.
“The purpose of self-care is giving the world the best of you, not what is left of you.”
