Field Trip Information
In order to be equipped with information that may have to be assessed in consultation with the Public Health Department, we need the following information:

Please send Jamey a list of all upcoming field trips between now and the end of the year.
Please include the grade level, date, and destination.
Please also include any lengthy destinations for after school or enrichment activities (ex: Anaheim for a band concert).

This is a high priority. Please have this information to Jamey by Monday. Your secretary is welcome to assist with the information gathering.

RCSD Factor
We’d like to profile engaged families on social media on a new campaign we’re rolling out called “RCSD Factor.” We’d like to include a photo of their kids, or a family photo, with a sentence about why they love RCSD, their school, and /or what factors led them to RCSD. Principals can send family contact information to Krista at krista@marketsharepr.com of who they think would make a great ambassador.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver.
