Letter of Engagement during Distance Learning
If you have a student who has still not connected in any way, please feel free to edit this letter and mail it through USPS as an additional way to reach out to the family.

Phone Form
Please be sure to fill out this form by this afternoon to give Bryan time to set up the phones. The phones will be open on May 5th from 8:30-11:30 am. If your staff will be using the site phones, please put their names on the form and put down the "school phone" for the number.

UPDATED - Student Mobile Devices by Site
The Student Mobile Devices by Site sheet has been updated to reflect all device agreements we have received. As of today, 3,169 student Chromebooks have been deployed District-wide. That is an increase of 469 Chromebooks since April 7th!

If you have any agreements, that you have not scanned or taken a picture of and emailed to me, please do so as soon as possible. If you are unsure of the process, or what information is needed, please click here.

What's new...

The sheet now includes the student's Grade Level and the family's contact information currently in PowerSchool. I thought this might be helpful, as we start to have conversations around the return process.

Rows highlighted in RED in the tab assigned to your school indicates the student has more than one device assigned (there are approximately 8 students with more than one device).
-If you notice a row highlighted in red, please reach out to the family and find out if they intended to check-out two Chromebooks for one student? 
-If the device was intended for another RCSD sibling/student, we would need to know who? Otherwise, we would like them to return one of the two devices issued.
If you previously exchanged the device for the family, please let me know so I can update their record and coordinate the return of the device.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
