Champions Academy Materials

1. For the distribution of Core materials, Champions teachers will pick up materials for their students, from the student’s home site between October 28th - 30th. 

2. The first materials distribution will be between November 3-6, in order to get materials into the student's hands from the new teacher. This distribution will take care of November.

3. For the remainder of the year, distribution options will be on the second and fourth Thursday of each month (except holidays). Please complete this form with the times parents will be able to pick up materials on the assigned Thursdays beginning in December. And, also indicate when the parents will be able to pick up materials between November 3-6. We will message the dates and times to the families through the teachers. 


Face Masks with Drapes
Face masks with drapes will be delivered to your school sites. Sites do not need to order these through the Stores process.

Technology Reminders
Please click here to complete a form to help us identify the available inventory of Chromebooks remaining at each school site if you have not done so already.

Elementary Reminder
A reminder to send a message to families regarding when they can return their Chromebooks to your campus.  Below is a sample message that can be sent to families.  Whether students return Chromebooks to the office on November 2nd or 3rd, or to the classroom on November 4, 5, or 6, staff must put a sticky note with the student name on the device that way we do not need to check out the Chromebook again. If you are collecting devices in the office, please make sure the device and charger go to the correct classroom. 

*If you are in grades 3-5 and have a 1:1 ratio when students return to your classroom feel free to use those devices.  Please note that charging stations will not be set up right away.  Preschool-2nd grade should wait to utilize technology until available inventory can be assessed.  Our recommendation is to please plan your lessons around not having access to technology in the first few weeks students return, as we collect inventory and re-wire charging stations.


In the scenario where a classroom has 28 Chromebooks and 30 students in a 5th-grade classroom, is our recommendation a principal pulls 2 from inventory if they have HP Chromebooks on their campus. We are working to identify available inventory to support those instances.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
