Hand Sanitizer Update
We are currently in low supply of individual bottles of hand sanitizer. Please instruct your teachers to do the following two things:
 Have students use the hand sanitizer that is attached to the wall in every classroom.

  1. Ask parents for donations of hand sanitizers if they would rather use a hand held bottle


We are looking into other options right now to see if we can supply bottles for each classroom but until then please do not ask Lori in purchasing for any for your site. Thank you for your help in getting this message out to teachers.


Free and Reduced Lunch Applications
A reminder to please include communication to your families regarding filling out free and reduced lunch applications. An email was sent from the District but it is important that sites also include this information. Here is a folder that includes English and Spanish graphics and PDFs with information.


Elementary Technology Reminder
Elementary principals, a reminder to please update the sheet Laura sent you.  Also, a reminder that any returned Chromebook for a student in 3rd through 5th grade should remain assigned to them in PowerSchool, labeled with their name, and physically placed in that student's classroom with a charger for that device.  If you have any questions please reach out to Laura.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
