Site Safety Plans
Just a quick reminder that your Site Safety Plans are due in DTS by Friday so we can get them prepared for the Board to approve. Thank you to those of you who have completed them already and let Meghan know. Please get as many signatures as you can on the title sheet. If you can't get them all, at least write in the signature line they approved via Virtual Meeting.

CDPH Guidelines
A reminder to please continue working with your coach to discuss any concerns/ideas when it comes to 4 feet of spacing for students in each room in the new state guidelines. We will talk at Leadership on Tuesday where to put additional information if there are still concerns even after working with your coach.

Middle School-Math
On Monday, January 25th the Middle School Common Assessment Team application will be open.  Please continue to encourage your teachers to apply.  We will use the collaborative common assessment process to become more reflective about how to improve our core instruction and our assessment practices.  Looking forward to working with this team!

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
