Please keep Hand Sanitizer Carts Out of Direct Sunlight When Possible
As temperatures increase, it is important that we do not let hand sanitizer stay out in direct sunlight. The increased temperature of hand sanitizer can cause chemical burns on the skin. It is best to move to a shaded area when outside and placed inside when not being used.

TK and Elementary Champions Report Cards
A reminder that Champions teachers will print and send 3rd Trimester report cards to school sites by 5/28. We know this might be too late for secretaries to file this year but they can file when these report cards when they are back at the start of next school year. The District will be emailing the report cards home for Champions. The District will also create and email all TK report cards.

A reminder that we are only asking Trimester 3 report cards to be printed and put in the student cumulative file. Trimester 1 and 2 do not need to be printed and put in the file.

This is something helpful to keep in hand for families in need not only during the holidays, but all year long. LiveScan Update The Roseville PD is no longer doing live scans for fingerprinting. Please refer parents to other resources. Fire Marshall Inspection Follow-up was completed with the fire inspector to clarify what each school site needs to have posted. Please review the following and make sure your site is ready to go. In the front office/in safety plan binder- easy to access: - Post the telephone number for the fire department. - List of who does what during a fire emergency. In each room by the door: - Post an evacuation map. - Instructions for what to do in an emergency (how do you account for kids, communicate, etc). BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
