    Below is the end-of-year check-out list. This was placed in the Educator blog as well with instructions for teachers to reach out to their principal with any questions.
           For the Cumulative Record: The Orange Folder is managed by the teacher in Elementary and the               registrar in Middle School:

            Print last report card (other than 6th and 7th, that is a site decision)
            CAASPP Score Results 2022

            For elementary, if clerical want to put report cards in the cum file that is a clerical decision,                        approved by the principal.

    Our final DELAC meeting of this school year will be held on Tuesday, May 10 from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Please feel free to join the meeting by clicking this Zoom Link. Thanks so much!

    All of you have received your current copy summary information from Penny. If you are over in your allotment, your site funds will be used to cover the amount. Due to the billing process, this money will not be deducted from your site account until next school year. If you have any questions, please talk to your coach.

    Students will have access to iReady instruction until 7/26/22.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
