3/13 PD
Please remember to share your PD plan for the day with all staff.

For elementary, this includes reaching out to your PE and Music teachers. The expectation for those elementary music and elementary PE is that they are part of the PD in the morning that is applicable to them (they choose which site they go to) and they have the afternoon of 3/13 to meet in their groups.

March TOSA Meeting Changes

March 8th will be held on Zoom. This will be a quick meeting to chat about the details related to April 11th.

On March 22nd, we are going to extend the TOSA meeting in order to prep and plan for April 11th. The meeting will be held from 11:00pm-2:00pm.  Please reach out with any questions.

LCFF Spending

Please make sure to talk through new expenditures with your coach before moving forward with purchasing.  These additions need to be reflected in SSC agenda and minutes.  Once they are in the minutes, please send a copy over. Also make sure that the goal is typed in the comments of the requisition.

Myster Science- Elementary Teacher Feedback

Teachers recieved this form to provide feedback on Mystery Science and how it is supporting their delivery of science content.  Please encourage all your teachers to fill out the form.  The more feedback we have, the better we are able to create a plan for next steps. We are asking teachers to fill out the form by 3/17/23.  Thank you!

Covid Updates Coming

Starting on March 13th, there will be some minor changes to our Covid protocols as a result of new CDPH guidance.  The change centers around reduced isolation periods and the removal of testing requirements for return to school and work.  A student or staff member that has tested positive may return to school/work any time after day five so long as they have symptoms that are improving or have resolved and have been fever free (without fever reducing medication) for 24 hours. Testing is no longer required for return.

  • HERE is the updated student letter that will be sent to the family of a student that is positive.  This letter will continue to be sent by our health assistants.

  • HERE is the updated letter that sites should send to exposed students.

  • HERE is the most recent letter that sites should send to exposed staff.
