Anonymous Reporting System  - STOPit

The question was asked about the reason cell phones need to be included for each person. One reason is for the security verification code when you first sign in. It is a required piece, and you will be sent a code to your mobile number that will allow you to get into STOPit Admin. The second is if you would like to get a text notification when a report is submitted. This notification is optional, and you can just choose to get an email. You will not receive phone calls.

i-Ready Window 3

Just a reminder that iReady Window 3 ends on May 26.  Window 3 is required for 2nd grade and optional for Grades 3-8 because of CAASPP testing.

Report Card Information
We included report card information in the educator blog.
A reminder to both elementary and middle school, you need to provide your teachers with a preview date and final report card date. Below are two samples:

Elementary Sample Timeline (elementary sites can determine their timeline, report cards must go home by the last day of school, June 6th):

Run preview for teachers on June 2nd
Run final report card on June 5th
Print or email home on June 6th

Middle School Sample Timeline:
Run preview for teachers on June 2nd
Final Report Cards by teaches due by midnight on June 4th
Run the final report card on morning of June 5th. All report cards should be uploaded to your folder by June 5th at noon. That means all teachers should be done with their final grades by that morning in order to give you time to run the report card. Please email Joe Clark and Brandon Blom once they have been uploaded. Any site that does not have report cards uploaded by June 5th at noon will be responsible for emailing out their own report cards.
The District will email report cards on June 6th, as long as we have them in the folder by noon of June 5th.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
