CPI Training - January 4th and 5th
Principals - As a reminder, we will be offering another CPI Certification class on January 4th and 5th during the PD days.We have approximately 20 additional spots available. If you have an IA interested in attending, please confirm they are able to attend BOTH days and then complete the registration form. They will receive a calendar invite to confirm their registration. IAs will be paid on a timesheet for 6 hours on January 4th. They will receive 6 hours toward their required PD hours for January 5th.

Safety Plan
Please note that the final due date for approval by your SSC or Safety Team is January 18th, however you need to have it completed and reviewed a couple days prior to the meeting. More details can be found on the November 2nd blog post.

i-Ready Window 2
i-Ready window 2 is from December 4th-January 26th. Please work with your site and PLCs to determine when to administer the i-Ready Diagnostic for Reading and Math.

ESGI Site Data
If you have not already captured your ESGI data, you will now need to select “All” under Marking Period after you run your school report. This because we are in Trimester 2 and the current marking period will only show you the Trimester 2 data. Please see the updated Screencastify below and also linked on the 11/8 leadership slide. BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
