Website Modification Request Form
The Communications Team will be working closely with school and department websites to streamline, update, and freshen content in alignment with best practices and legal requirements. The goal of the project is to require minimal updates and changes to websites throughout the school year. If you require a change to your website, please complete this brief form so we can ensure all requests are being handled efficiently.

TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Temporary Technology Helpdesk Closure
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing seamless support and assistance, we wanted to share an upcoming change in our service availability.
Beginning Tuesday, May 14th, the Technology Helpdesk will be temporarily unavailable. This is due to the deployment of our Information Systems Technician team to Middle Schools to assist with Chromebook collection.
The deployment dates for our team are below:
  • May 14th & May 15th
  • May 17th & May 21st
  • May 23rd & May 24th
On these dates, we encourage you to submit support requests through Zendesk. A member of our Technology Services team will provide assistance as needed. For urgent matters, please direct your emails to Laura Assem.
We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause, and thank you for your patience and cooperation. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and providing continued support to meet your technological needs.
