To view attendance notification responses, please read this Zendesk article. Attendance responses should be checked as you are not notified by email when they are sent.
We have received requests to extend ParentSquare notifications to additional contacts beyond Contact 1 and 2, such as blended households and grandparents. Technology has created a ParentSquare flag that can be enabled for any contacts who wish to receive notifications. To enable ParentSquare for a contact, follow these steps:
- Select the student you wish to update and go to their Contacts screen.
- Click the pencil icon under "Actions" for the contact you want to update.
- Check the box labeled "ParentSquare?"
- Click "Submit" to save the changes.

Progress Report Reminder
PLC Progress Report Prep is next Wednesday, September 18th. A reminder that progress reports go home Friday, September 27th. There are more details in the Educator Digest if needed. Middle Schools it is your responsibility to send out a message by 9/27/24, here is a sample message you can use.

Teachers will need to send home the ESGI Parent Letter for each student along with the Learning Behaviors Progress Report. More information linked below.

Interpreters for Conference Week - Elementary Only
If your site hasn’t filled out the Google form for Spanish and Russian interpreters for conference week, please make sure it is completed by Thursday, September 19th. If you have any questions, refer to the email sent on September 5th from Rachel McCoy.

Great work on ensuring attendance intervention letters have started going home as we begin partnering with families to ensure their students are at school each and every day. All attendance intervention resources, including the SARB referral form, can be found in the shared Leadership Drive and within the SARB folder.
