ParentSquare Trainings - Please Sign Up ASAP
All sites will be required to host a ParentSquare training during a staff meeting from now until the end of the school year. Training should take approximately 15 minutes of the staff meeting time. All staff members are encouraged to attend as this is the district-wide training for the program.
Please sign your school for a date on this list as soon as possible. If you would like to combine with another school, please do so and write both names in the corresponding box. If you wish to add an additional staff meeting date to accommodate this training, please add the date to the sheet and your school name in the corresponding box.
ParentSquare training will also be offered during the January 6th Choice PD Day.

The Goals, Data and Funding sheet should be completed by the end of this month and then brought to your site council. Before bringing to your SSC, please share with your coach to review and me to look over the LCFF expenditures. As a reminder, this is not your SPSA. We will begin working on the SPSA once the Dashboard data is released.

Mandated Vision Screening
Mandated vision screening for Kindergarten, 2nd, 5th, and 8th grade will begin in January 2025. Please ensure that you are not on a rally schedule, have field trips or assemblies, or drills on your scheduled date. Middle Schools will continue to use the system of calling students up in alphabetic order via all call. The schedule has remained the same as what was given to you at the beginning of the school year, so if you already had it on your site calendar you are all set, just ensure that nothing additional has been scheduled.
