Please see the Educator Digest for additional information that was shared with teachers about report cards. The expectation is that Spanish report cards are printed for students and handed out to them. Spanish report cards do not have to be emailed home.
To run a report to find students whose primary home language is Spanish, you can use the drop down menu in PowerSchool:
Once you click on the grade level, then you would run a report. Additional information can be found utilizing the guide below on how clerical run report cards.

Sites have two options for Spanish report cards. The first is clerical run the report cards and put in the teachers box. The pro of this is it is easier to run them all at once for clerical. The only downside in this is then you have to give teachers a date that the report cards are due. Teachers do have the ability to run their own Spanish report cards, however they have to run their entire class, and then just print out the report cards only for specific students.

Door Locking Mechanism and Lockdown Button
Please use the lockdown button when you are having a Secure or Lockdown drill. This will help build muscle memory when needed for a Lockdown. Technically, you wouldn't need to use it for a Secure as it’s not an imminent threat, however, since some sites can no longer use keys to lock their door, there is no other way to lock the front door. The email notifications will go out stating you have engaged the Lockdown button. Please make sure your drill calendar invites have Rachael Peck included in order to prevent worry that your site is in a Lockdown.

- Plan for CAASPP Testing - how will you motivate and engage students and your community? How will students have the opportunity to practice with the vocabulary and rigor of the assessment? Set individual goals?
- Report Cards: Elementary report cards must go home by March 7th. Middle School report cards will be emailed home via Parent Square on March 7th from the site. More information in this week’s Educator and Leadership digest. Please work with your site and clerical teams to determine what the report card plan is for your site.
- Report card prep is February 26th
- Please send your Student Survey Information, sent by email to you, to parents and guardians out by Friday.
