Additional Lexia Licenses Process
If you are interested in purchasing additional Lexia licenses for any students in 2nd-5th grade, please follow the steps listed here.

PBIS Tier I and Tier II
Please review the leadership slides regarding the IPBIS training for the TFI 3.0. Submit your site interest form if you haven’t done so already by August 13th.

Updating Information in SWIS
Make sure to have your PBIS lead or site admin update all of the below information in SWIS asap. We have preformatted PowerSchool reports under “sqlreports” to help with the student and staff upload processes.
  1. Add school days in SWIS
  2. Ethnicity and gender enrollment in SWIS
  3. Staff Import (from powerschool report)
  4. Student import
  5. Adding individual staff and changing access level

Second Step Instruction
As a reminder, Second Step is our Tier 1 SEL curriculum and should be taught to all students. Have a plan for Second Step instruction clearly communicated with your team.
Middle school- how, when, and who will be delivering Second Step lessons?
Elementary- please share the Second Step Scope and Sequence: Elementary School with your teachers.

Foster Youth and McKinney-Vento (MV)
Later today you will receive your spreadsheet that has your current Foster Youth and McKinney-Vento students (as of Tuesday) listed. This is the monthly check-in sheet your counselor (if you have one) or Naomi Blaine, District Social Worker and MV Liaison, will use to record check-ins. This sheet is also for your knowledge so you are aware of which students on your campus are FY and MV and may need some extra support. As new students register, please see the information on the clerical guide to support next steps for making sure they are coded correctly and added to the list.
