Data Dashboard
As you are continuing to review the data in our RCSD dashboard from Leadership, I wanted to make sure everyone was aware that there is a reset button in the top right corner. This is especially helpful when you are using the filters to analyze different groups and would like to reset. Please use screenshots of the data to guide the work and next steps at your site. Continue to reach out if you’d like to meet or review any components of the data together, I am happy to help.

Elementary PE Schedules - Open Times
In the event there is a gap, or open sections, in the PE schedule (more than 15 minutes) during the day, it is expected that the teacher works directly with the principal to support the school during these open time slots. PE teachers will clearly mark the schedule at these times.
Support may be, but not limited to, supervision of students, support to MTSS practices, intramurals, structured recess, individual student support, classroom support, or general support as needed on the site. A gap in the schedule is not to be considered prep or personal time. The support given to the site is at the direction of the principal. A schedule should be created so both the teacher and principal know what support the teacher is offering during the gap of time between the teacher's classes. If a teacher works at more than one school site on any given day, that individual should work with both principals in order to maximize their schedule and availability at each school.
Elementary PE teachers are allocated 70 minutes prep each week, per RTA CBA, Article V.
