Paydays for November and December
  • November - payday is 11/26/25. We will hold the paper checks in the District Office until 11:30a.m.. Those checks not picked up will then be put in the U.S. Mail.
  • December
    • Classified - payday is 12/30/25. The paper checks will be held in the District Office until 11:30a.m.. Those checks not picked up will then be put in the U.S. Mail.
    • Certificated - payday is 1/2/26. The paper checks will be held in the District Office until 11:30a.m. Those checks not picked up will be put in the U.S. Mail.
Communications
Peachjar

Principals and site clerical all have their site accounts set up. Please sign in to Peachjar.com with your RCSD email address and you’ll be logged into your account. You’ll then see flyers waiting for your review and approval. 

Please be sure to share this information with your site PTC so they can share their flyers with your families through Peachjar moving forward.
“RCSD now uses Peachjar to share all flyers with families. Peachjar emails families directly in their home language and families do not need to sign up. Families can also access all flyers by visiting the Peachjar button on the “Parent Resources” tab on each school site website.
All PTCs are encouraged to create Peachjar accounts by visiting Peachjar.com, sign up, selecting “Community Organization,” entering in the email and the non-profit tax ID for the PTC. Uploading the flyer is as simple as selecting the pdf or image, and adding the date, then submitting it. The system will then send it to the site administrator for review and approval and the flyer(s) will be shared and posted to families.”

Tommy Apostolos Shopping Day
All Principals should plan on being there on Saturday, December 6th at Kohl’s on Fairway near Target. Please arrive no later than 5:15 a.m. and you will be placed with a partner somewhere in the store. Thank you.

California Dashboard
The California Dashboard is now live. You can view your site Dashboard Data as well as District information by using this link. We will spend time at our December leadership meeting diving deeper into the Dashboard data by site.

The Fruit Guys will be delivering fresh fruit to all schools, food services sites, and offices on Monday, November 17th.
