Please see the Educator Digest for additional information that was shared with teachers about report cards. The expectation is that Spanish report cards are printed for students and handed out to them. Spanish report cards do not have to be emailed home.
To run a report to find students whose primary home language is Spanish, you can follow this guide.
Once you click on the grade level, then you would run a report. Additional information can be found utilizing the guide below on how clerical run report cards.

Sites have two options for Spanish report cards. The first is clerical run the report cards and put in the teachers box. The pro of this is it is easier to run them all at once for clerical. The only downside in this is then you have to give teachers a date that the report cards are due. Teachers do have the ability to run their own Spanish report cards, however they have to run their entire class, and then just print out the report cards only for specific students.

ELPAC Goal Setting Celebrations
Thank you for the work you are doing to set ELPAC goals with students. During our February DELAC meeting, several members specifically highlighted and celebrated your goal-setting efforts and shared how much they appreciate the focused attention their students are receiving around the ELPAC. Thank you for continuing to prioritize this important assessment and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions regarding goal-setting for the Summative ELPAC.

We’re excited to share that all instructional resources are now housed in a new Key Resource Hub, replacing the previous Key Resource Documents. Please use the Key Resource Hub as your primary location to find and access all current resources. We are hoping this updated design makes navigation easier. The Key Resource documents will be available until the end of the year.
