Please enter all school-sponsored events on the Facilitron calendar. This blocks those dates/times from outside facility requests and prevents conflicts. Reminder: California Ed Code requires us to provide fair public access to facility rentals.

Custodian Spring Break Schedule
During spring break, all custodians (lead and night) will be working modified hours. There may be times when no custodian is on site. Please inform staff to check the alarm system when entering buildings, as the building may be armed.

Please refer to the SPSA Timeline to ensure you are on track for completion by April 23rd. The checklist is available to guide your work through the SPSA components. The Comprehensive Needs Assessment is due by March 27th.

Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management
After last week’s leadership meeting, I realized that the most updated Level of Concern document was not shared. This is the one that was updated in 2024. Please make sure you have the correct one printed and placed in your binder. I apologize for the confusion.

The RCSD Employee Recognition Celebration will take place on Tuesday, May 5th from 3:30pm-4:30pm in the Kaseberg Elementary School’s Multipurpose Room. Please take a look at the list below to see who will be honored by years of service. Employees of the Year and Retirees will be announced at a later date. I’m taking changes to the names until 3/25/26.
