Business Services
Fire inspectors will contact school sites directly to schedule inspections. Please refer to the Maintenance & Facilities drive for the Fire Handout and Classroom Standards.
Fire inspection reports must be uploaded to the Site M/F Reports drive. If an inspection fails, report it to Josh Jahn. Once corrections are completed and a passing report is received, upload it to the drive.

Progress Report Reminder
A reminder that progress reports go home Friday, April 24th. There are more details in the Educator Digest if needed.
Middle Schools it is your responsibility to send out a message by 4/24/26, here is a sample message you can use.

If you have determined who your nominee is for Teachers Who Make a Difference, please let me know by Friday (tomorrow) so I can fill out your RSVP form and pay for the reservation before purchasing closes 4/24/26. You can send this information in before sending the photo(s) to ACSA.

- Elementary Only - Adjusted Bell Schedules, PE and Music Schedules, Kinder Assessment Support
- Middle School Only - IXL & iReady Diagnostic, FLEX, AFG Update
- K-5: i-Ready Instruction subject (Reading or Math) for grades 2–5 please complete this form by April 17 if you have not already
- Check with 4th and 5th grade teachers to confirm that ‘Growing and Changing’ has either happened or is scheduled
- Check with clerical staff to ensure immunization records for 26/27 school year are being entered and noncompliance notices are going out
- Complete PBIS Professional Development 26/27 form by April 24
- Collaborate with Music and PE teachers on their schedules
- Review cumulative folder non-negotiables and make sure they are reflected in your routing slip/process for next school year
