Based on feedback from sites as they navigate the management plan documentation, the form has been updated. The updated version has notes to support the team for what to put in the Person Responsible column as well as the Timeline. There is also information on the second page to prompt the team to set a follow up date as well as questions that can help guide the follow up meeting. Please share the updated document with anyone on your core team that supports the creation of the plan as well as replace the copy in your BTAM binder with the new version.
