This is a friendly reminder that all school websites should have updated staff directories, school supply lists, and principal’s messages by the beginning of the 2026-27 school year. Please submit all requests through the Website Modification Request Form. You are encouraged to submit your requests as early as possible to ensure that updates are completed prior to the start of the new school year.

Educational Services
Principals, please take a minute to fill out this Google form for backpack needs for next school year. All sites will need to fill it out. We will do our best to meet all needs with the generous donation from Tommy Apostolos and other local agencies. Please reach out if you have any questions.

- Personnel - Updates - Ready, Set, Succeed, Potential Staffing changes, BTSN/Open House MOU
- Communication and Community Engagement - Chavez Materials, RIDE SMART, Updates for Summer
- Educational Support Services - End of Year Checkout, CPI Training, Support Staff Assignments, Nurse and Health Assistant Assignments, 1:1 Medically Complex Student Training
- Ed Services - Steve Dunn Plan, EL and RFEP Progress Monitoring
- Complete interest form to request staff be invited to Refresher or Initial training for July
- Share assigned site days for shared ESS support staff with Susan before end of year
- Complete this google form by April 30th with your nurse office space location and which days it is available.
- Reach out to your 26/27 site nurse to talk through logistics and plan for your Medically Complex Training Day before the end of this school year.
- Begin working on your site’s Medically Complex Student Site Training sheet as soon as possible, the sheet will need to be completed no later than JULY 28, 2026.
