School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
Please refer to the SPSA Timeline to ensure you are on track for completion by April 23rd. The checklist is available to guide your work through the SPSA components. Notify Angela that your SPSA is ready for review at least two days prior to SSC meeting in order to get feedback for changes before your meeting.

Progress Report Reminder
PLC Progress Report Prep is next Wednesday, April 15th. A reminder that progress reports go home Friday, April 24th. There are more details in the Educator Digest if needed.
Middle Schools it is your responsibility to send out a message by 4/24/26, here is a sample message you can use.

5th Grade Math Support Letter
This letter is scheduled to be sent on Friday, April 10th at 4:00 pm to all 5th grade students who will receive extra math support through intervention and study skills classes in 6th grade in the 2026-27 school year.

Elementary: i-Ready Subject of Instruction for the 26/27 school year
The district will continue to purchase one i-Ready Instruction subject (Reading or Math) for grades 2–5 at your site next year. Based on the data and usage reports you have been monitoring through your SPSA strategies, please complete this form to indicate which subject of instruction you would like the district to purchase for your site. Please complete this form by April 17.

Please bring a copy of your cumulative folder routing slip with you to leadership. Reach out to your coach if you have any questions.

Second Step Posters- Admin
All staff have the option to have Second Step posters sent to them via a google form in the Educator Digest. Additionally, I am opening this Second Step Posters for Admin Form so you can have multiple posters sent to you for use on your camps if you'd like. You may want several copies of some materials for common areas at your school (ie: multipurpose room, the office, the library, etc.).
If you want Second Step posters, please fill out the form with however many of each poster you'd like and we will send them to you through district mail.
This form will be shut off on Friday April 10th and extra materials will be disposed of.
