Elementary and Middle School Report Cards
Please refer to the Educator Digest for report card reminders and important Trimester 3 dates.

CAASPP Data
Data is now beginning to populate in CERS. Go to https://www.caaspp-elpac.org/, click on CERS (twice), then search your school and you can filter by grade to see overall proficiency levels as well as individual scores. Directions for teachers to access data in CERS is in the Educator Digest. This is a great time for teachers to review goals with students so they are able to celebrate the growth with current students. This data is for internal use only at this time.

i-Ready and IXL Window 3
The i-Ready and IXL window 3 ends tomorrow, 5/22! Thank you for all your work ensuring the 2nd grade students have completed their i-Ready Reading and Math Diagnostic. As a reminder, the Window 3 Diagnostic is optional for grades 3-8.

STOPit - On Hold for Summer
Starting at the end of the school day on May 28th, STOPit will be temporarily put on hold for vacation through August 5th. If someone clicks on the report button, the following message with appear:
Reporting is unavailable because your organization is currently out of session. For immediate assistance, contact your local emergency number. Please resend your incident when your organization is back in session.
This will also be placed on each website above the reporting link:
Reporting is unavailable at this time (between May 28, 2026 and August 5, 2026) for summer break. For immediate assistance, contact 911 or the Roseville Police Department. If your concern is about self-harm, please consider reaching out to Placer County's Mobile Crisis at 916-787-8860.

Second Step
Head to your Second Step leader dashboard to check out your site progress with Second Step this year. At this point, all students should have participated in 100% of lessons. If you have teachers who have taught all of the lessons for the year, feel free to encourage teachers to look at the Tier 2 Lessons. The topics for Tier 2 include:

• Emotions Thoughts and Feelings
• Relationships and Prosocial Skills
• Executive Functioning

These lessons could be great to teach in the last couple of days of school.
