Facebook Limits Users to Two Links Per Month
Due to a recent Facebook update, our school accounts are now limited to posting two links per month without a paid subscription. We recommend saving your links for high-need situations. You can also try the following:

• Add the link to your page's bio and refer people there.
• Send the link via a ParentSquare post or newsletter.

Updates to Meal Menus
We are making updates to the format of our monthly meal menus. The new design will include greater accessibility and be classroom-friendly.

Educational Services

Elementary PD - November 2nd
On November 2, the district half day will be the morning and will focus on work related to district systems. The PBIS Classroom Tier I work is required for all sites and will take 1.5-2 hours to complete. A slide deck will be provided and reviewed at Leadership. The slides will walk you through the work that needs to be completed, including:

• Creating classroom matrices
• Identifying the procedures that need to be explicitly taught to students

The additional ideas included in the document are optional (but you must choose from them for the morning portion) and can be selected based on the specific needs of your site.
If you have any questions about the work or need support determining what would be most helpful for your site, please reach out to your coach.

Middle School PD - November 2nd
The District ½ day will be scheduled during the afternoon time on November 2nd. Please use this document as a guide for the AFG work that should be completed in PLCs. Zach from Otus will be available via Zoom from 2:00-3:00 for optional office hours. If PLCs have any Otus specific questions, they can log on anytime during that hour to ask Zach.

Please continue to work on your safety plans and utilize the checklist and slides to ensure everything is complete. Remember to let me know at least two days ahead of your approval meeting that you’d like me to review it. Reach out if you need support.
The following line has been added for middle schools to the Opioid Prevention and Life-Saving Response Procedures section and the attachment has been uploaded into your plan in DTS.
Please see the attachment titled Stock Naloxone that includes signs/symptoms, first aid administration, and Naloxone information. The attachment is posted at all schools.
