Please verify that all restrooms equipped with a free menstrual products dispenser have a laminated notice posted. If a notice is missing, please print and laminate a replacement copy and provide it to the custodian for posting.
Copies of the notice can be found in the M/F Drive. Please note that the notices are site specific, so be sure to print the correct notice for your site.

Accessibility Tip: Making Your Links Descriptive
Screen readers allow visually impaired users to navigate easily between links. However, because a screen reader will read aloud the entire link text, it’s important to give it a unique and descriptive label to avoid confusion or complication.

Elementary Report Cards
Please see the Educator Digest for additional information that was shared with teachers about report cards. The expectation is that Spanish report cards are printed for students and handed out to them. Spanish report cards do not have to be emailed home.
To run a report to find students whose primary home language is Spanish, view this tutorial.
Additional information can be found utilizing the guide below on how clerical run report cards.
Running Report Card Guide (includes video)
Sites have two options for Spanish report cards. The first is clerical run the report cards and put them in the teachers box. The pro of this is it is easier to run them all at once for clerical. The only downside in this is then you have to give teachers a date that the report cards are due. Teachers do have the ability to run their own Spanish report cards, however they have to run their entire class, and then just print out the report cards only for specific students.
