Report Cards Please view the report card information in the Educator Blog. Update to Running Report Cards We do have one update to the training that was provided to principals and secretaries this week.  When you run the report by grade level (this is the report you will run for the email to be sent out), it is important you "Uncheck" any teachers who are in Champions.  If you do not take this step you will get blank report cards in your file for the students in Champions.  Below is a guide that has more details.  You can watch the second video to see exactly how to do this. Generating Report Cards Emailing Report Cards - We will update this guide with a video next week.  We will also update the email messages that go out with the report cards by next Thursday. Surveillance Testing Schedule In partnership with California Health and Human Services, RCSD proudly offers COVID-19 surveillance testing for its employees on a twice-monthly basis. This testing is for RCSD Staff only.

Site Safety Plans Just a quick reminder that your Site Safety Plans are due in DTS by Friday so we can get them prepared for the Board to approve. Thank you to those of you who have completed them already and let Meghan know. Please get as many signatures as you can on the title sheet. Masks Please remind parents that they should be wearing a mask when they pick up and drop off their students on campus. We need to stay vigilant during this critical time. A reminder in each of your blogs/newsletters and/or a SWIFT message would be appropriate. Thank you.   Elementary Report Card Dates Elementary principals, a reminder to please talk to your staff and come to a consensus about a common agreement regarding when to run report cards and if they will be emailed or printed.  Below are some options for dates (these are just some options, please work with your staff for what works best for your site).  If you have any questions please let Brandon know. Option 1 Report Cards sent before conferences Preview 2/17 at noon Report run by teacher, uploaded to Drive by end of the day on the 17th Teachers fix any updates by 2/19 7am Secretaries run reports again by teacher and also grade level span K-2, 3-5 on 2/19, email goes out by the end of the day Option 2  Teachers show grades i
