Buljan AVID students visiting Chico State. Email A Copy of Suspension Notices to Ed Services Please be sure to email a copy of all suspension notices to Katie Haupt and Meghan Baichtal. If the student being suspended is in Special Education, add Shelly Field to the email. We have been running incident reports and finding inconsistencies in the suspension reported in PowerSchool and the notices we have received. Please be sure to send each notice to Educational Services in a timely manner. If expulsion is being considered, please speak with Meghan before reporting the inciden

SPSA  SPSAs are due next week! Many of you are done with your SPSAs and are dancing the happy dance! The rest of you are plugging along. Keep it up- you are almost there. When you finish your SPSA, please email Amy before you get it signed off by your SSC. Amy is available for questions, 1:1 tutorials, and a shoulder to cry on!!! The Cooley Dance team at Golden 1 Report Card Dates A reminder you can find report card dates using the tab above.  All grades for 1st trimester need to be entered by November 7th.  We will email out more details as we get closer. Ed Tech Tip You ever hit send on an email and wish you could cancel sending it a few seconds after?  In Gmail, you can change your settings so you can undo send.  Here is a video showing you how you can change your settings if that is something you want to do. This is a great opportunity to honor the outstanding talents and dedication of your colleagues! Field Trip Protocols A reminder to please follow the Field Trip protocols.  It is very important that if there are medical needs that the form is submitted at least 21 days in advance. Chilton received the Bronz award, Eich and Buljan received the Silver Award, and Cirby received the Platinum award...the highest recognition available! 504 Forms When using the newly created 504 forms and suspension notice fillable pdf, please use Chrome as your web browser and download the forms as templates to your laptop. The formatting will not work correctly if the documents are opened in a different web browser.  If Adobe Reader prompts you to update you will need to that in order to use the forms.
