Drive-Through Promotion Activities Update from School’s Insurance Group (SIG) regarding drive-through promotion activities : School sites are allowed to create a drive-through promotion for students, but here are the parameters: Students and parents must stay in their vehicles at all times. Parents and students are not allowed to get out of their cars to take pictures, give hugs, etc. Staff must remain 6 feet apart and wear masks while standing in the drive-through area. Please see your coach with any site-specific questions. PBIS Recognition The application window is OPEN and schools are working on their applications!  Remember to share this one-pager with your PBIS lead for your site.  There are a few new components this year so don’t hesitate to reach out to Julie Murdaugh with questions.  Julie is the external evaluator (called an ACER) for our district and able to help your team.  Don’t let the process hold you back from applying!!   Reminders from the Leadership Meeting Complete

Quarantine Information: If you have a quarantine at your site, please make sure you contact any and all staff about their quarantine. When the tracing sheet is shared, please indicate which staff members need to quarantine. Personnel staff will follow up with a letter. If you have questions on how to contact someone (i.e. a substitute who was on your site) please feel free to reach out to Melinda Pon or Amy Davey for contact information. Thanks! Suicide Prevention Information- Elementary Elementary Principals: Please share the video in the Suicide Prevention Folder with your staff this year.
