Illness Guidelines Updates RCSD has modified our guidelines utilizing updated guidelines provided by the California Department of Public Health. While these changes are not extensive, it is important for all staff to be aware of them and to review the signs and symptoms sheet available on our  health website   here . This document will help you understand how our schools will be responding to various student health situations. The new guidelines have been shared out with families several times via email, social media, and blogs over the past two weeks, and will go into effect on January 29, 2024. BUSINESS SERVICES Important information about W2s for 2023 W2s will be made available to all staff by accessing the Employee Portal . Please Note: W-2's have not yet been posted to the Employee Portal. We will send out another notification when they are available. A notice will be sent prior to the required 1/31/24 deadline. We have provided the links below which outline step by step instructions on how to access the Employee Portal, Reset your Password, and where to find your W-2 once you have logged in.
