Field Trip Information In order to be equipped with information that may have to be assessed in consultation with the Public Health Department, we need the following information: Please send Jamey a list of all upcoming field trips between now and the end of the year. Please include the grade level, date, and destination. Please also include any lengthy destinations for after school or enrichment activities (ex: Anaheim for a band concert).
