EDUCATIONAL SERVICES Elementary Report Cards Please see the blog for additional information that was shared with teachers about report cards. We spoke at Leadership about Spanish report cards. The expectation is that Spanish report cards are printed for students and handed out to them. Spanish report cards do not have to be emailed home. To run a report to find students whose primary home language is Spanish, you can use the drop down menu in PowerSchool: Once you click on the grade level, then you would run report. Additional information can be found utilizing the guide below on how clerical run report cards. Running Report Card Guide (includes video) Sites have two options for Spanish report cards. The first is clerical run the report cards and put in the teachers box. The pro of this is it is easier to run them all at once for clerical. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) If you have not done so already, please complete the 2023-2024 DELAC Site Representative Form   by 10/6 to share the name of your site DELAC representative for this school year. DELAC meetings are held from 5:00-6:00, via Zoom, and 4 -5 times per year. Jennie will reach out to all representatives to invite them to the first DELAC meeting that will be held on 10/17. This means that EL Site Leaders will be asking principals for 10-15 minutes of an October staff meeting so they can present this topic to teachers.
