504 Forms When using the newly created 504 forms and suspension notice fillable pdf, please use Chrome as your web browser and download the forms as templates to your laptop. The formatting will not work correctly if the documents are opened in a different web browser.  If Adobe Reader prompts you to update you will need to that in order to use the forms. Progress Reports Go Home September 28th A reminder that progress reports will go home on September 28th.  Brandon will be sending an email to all teachers reminding them about the date and other information regarding progress reports. The document is view only so you will have to make a copy. There are three spots per grade level but you can insert a row if you have more than 3 teachers at that grade level or delete a row if you have less.  It is not required you use this document, but the expectation is that you are checking in with your teachers to understand when the lessons will be taught. If you are interested in being a presenter...please complete the application by September 17, so we can organize our content and sessions.  Thank you for sharing your learning and helping the district grow. If you have teachers that you know would do a great job, please encourage them to present.
