Attendance Tab You can now easily see days absent in previous years by going to Attendance Info and clicking on the previous years.  You will need to click on elementary to see elementary attendance, and middle school attendance to see middle school. This is helpful to see what percentage of school a student has missed in the past. Requisition Reminder The last day to process regular purchase orders for 2022-23 will be April 17, 2023. Please do not enter any requisitions after April 17, 2023. You will be able to enter 2023-2024 requisitions beginning May 1, 2023. When creating a requisition using LCFF,  please make sure to put the goal in the comment section, not the line item description. Thank you! Report Card Reminders Since Trimester 2 Report Cards just went out, we wanted to give leaders an insight into the most common errors we see staff making, as well at the tickets that are submitted.  We put information in the Educator Blog as well -95% of the tickets are related to Due Date.  Due Dates matter! All assignments should have a due date that falls within the Trimester you want that grade to appear.  For elementary the final report card rubric should have the date that we give teachers.  For middle school, within Otus when assigning anything, but especially grading rubrics, include a due date that is within the grading window. If a due date is not added, the grade gets placed in the grading window that the teacher grades the assessment, not when it was assigned. Adding a due date is the best way to guarantee accuracy of assessments within grading windows.  For example, if you assigned a rubric in Trimester 2, but updated a grade on March 3rd, the system thinks that grade is no

The expectation for those elementary music and elementary PE is that they are part of the PD in the morning that is applicable to them (they choose which site they go to) and they have the afternoon of 3/13 to meet in their groups.  March TOSA Meeting Changes March 8th will be held on Zoom.
