Email A Copy of Suspension Notices to Ed Services
Please be sure to email a copy of all suspension notices to Katie Haupt and Meghan Baichtal. If the student being suspended is in Special Education, add Shelly Field to the email.

We have been running incident reports and finding inconsistencies in the suspension reported in PowerSchool and the notices we have received. Please be sure to send each notice to Educational Services in a timely manner.

If expulsion is being considered, please speak with Meghan before reporting the incident in PowerSchool or sending a notice home to parents.

Please use the suspension notice attached here on the blog, it is the most recent. The prior notice had the school phone number omitted. This form corrects that error.

Thank you to Hallie Romero and Susan Duane for their years of service on the RCSD Board of Education.  Last night was their last Board meeting after 15 combined years of service.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
