Report Card Reminder
Please put your report cards in your site folder. Every principal should have access to this folder and can share with clerical. It is important to do this every trimester.

Behavior Resources Needs

Please fill this form to indicate the behavior resources that are needed for your site.  These were shared at the PD on 10/31 or 11/1 and we want to be sure that everyone has the materials needed to run successful PBIS Tier 2 meetings as well as SSP meetings.  Please submit 1 response per site.

Wellness Committee

The Wellness Committee is looking to have a Liaison at each school site and department. The Liaison’s responsibilities will be to ensure that Wellness information is being communicated to all staff at your site/dept. We will be meeting 3-4 times a year by Zoom. Please communicate with your staff and let Laurie Milton in Personnel know who will be the Liaison at your site.

School Supplies

Lots of school supplies were left after leadership.  There are hundreds of two pocket folders and composition books, as well as some spiral notebooks (geared toward elementary).  Please think about teachers that may need these for writer’s notebooks or other projects.  Reach out if you would like some.

K-1 Lexia Information Night

On Monday, 11/7, we had a Lexia Information Night and had a great turnout of K/1 families. Families were provided with an overview of the Lexia student experience as well as resources to support student learning at home. Please note that students are able to access Lexia at home by logging in through Clever. Please see the parent communication linked below.

K-1 ESGI Foundational Skills Data Update

The slides have been updated as of 11/10 as of 11:30 am due to some new learning about ESGI.  We are asking principals to focus on end of Trimester 1 data as that data will be most accurate. When gathering data in Otus please use the custom date range of 08/15/22-11/06/22. As you work with your grade level teams, please focus the conversations on teacher and site data as that information will help inform your next steps with tiered support.
