Lots of prospective employees came through the Recruiting Fair on Tuesday.
Assessment Coordinator Meeting
A reminder the Assessment Coordinator Meeting for 2/15 has been cancelled. However, if any of you have questions about CAASPP or iReady or Assessment Cycles, Carrie will be in the boardroom for our regularly scheduled time of 3:45-4:45 for drop-in help and support. Feel free to come by if you would like to get some help.

Please refer parents to other resources. Fire Marshall Inspection Follow-up was completed with the fire inspector to clarify what each school site needs to have posted. Please review the following and make sure your site is ready to go. In the front office/in safety plan binder- easy to access: - Post the telephone number for the fire department. - List of who does what during a fire emergency. BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LCFF Funds If you are placing any orders using LCFF money, here is a helpful resource to look at when determining if LCFF can be used. When in doubt, always reach out to your coach or Rachael. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
