Please include the following information into your weekly principal's message:

The district is serving lunch/breakfast combo meal between 11:30 and 1:00 on a daily basis at the following sites:

Cirby, Woodbridge, Buljan, Eich, and Crestmont

If you would like to pick up multiple meals at one time, just ask the food services staff at the lunch site.  Don’t forget about our nutritious and delicious meals!

Zoom Updates - Only Authenticated Users Can Join

This communication (internal only for now, please take the time to read it) will be shared with families later today. Beginning on September 1, 2020 all staff and students will be required to first sign in to Zoom with Google to be allowed into any Zoom meeting.


Following virtual instruction on Monday, August 31st, please log in to Zoom using the steps outlined in this video, and Edit each of your virtual meetings to enable “Only authenticated users can join”.


If you have student teachers or interns with university accounts that you would like to invite, after enabling the above setting, click the Edit button and include their email domain in a comma-separated list and click save (as shown below).


Zoom and Email Access for Student Teachers and IA’s

The below information and form was shared with teachers in the Educator Blog. Please ask teachers to use the form below to request a District Gmail account, Zoom License, or access to any third-party application for Student Teachers or Instructional Aides/Assistants currently supporting students during Distance Learning. Please complete one form for each user.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
