Changing schedules from DL to Hybrid
NOTHING should be changed in Powerschool until the date for changes to begin has been set and sent out to all necessary parties.
There is a Leadership Team meeting Tuesday.
There is a critical clerical meeting on September 24th.
The priority right now is getting families to submit their enrollment priority sheets.
The next priority is for site admin to work with HR on staffing.
Powerschool changes are not to be made yet until the procedure is complete. We do not want to disrupt current schedules or have families see our schedules as we are making them.
Please let your coach know if you have any questions!

K-5 Rubrics and Advanced Assessments in Otus
An email went out this week, with an informational document,  on the Rubrics and Advanced Assessments (Benchmark Unit Assessments and EMESIT Math Unit Assessments) teachers now have these Rubrics and Assessments in their “Shared With Me” section of Otus.

District Provided Mobile Devices
As we discussed during Leadership on Friday, the Parent Technology Support form has been updated to redirect Parents and Guardians to their student's school to return or exchange District provided mobile devices:
-Please do not attempt to troubleshoot or diagnosis the issue with the device.
-Simply place a piece of paper inside each device to identify who the device was issued to (perhaps use a rubber band to attach the charger to the device).
-Place the Chromebook and charger in the box.
-Complete the Chromebook Exchange Transfer Form (Lori will be providing)

The Library Media Specialist team will be assisting Technology Services with the data entry into PowerSchool of Student Mobile Device Agreements.

Purchasing will be (if they haven't already) deploying boxes to each school site to support returned or exchange student devices.
Technology Services will evaluate the devices, and if we identify damage to the device will follow up with the site leadership if reimbursement is needed.

No Requirement of Signatures on Elementary Progress Reports
We have received a few questions if signatures are required on elementary progress reports.  There is no requirement that progress reports are returned back with a signature. If you feel it is necessary to get confirmation that a parent received the email, you can ask them to email back.  Once again this is not required.
