Annual Household Eligibility Resources
Thank you again for all your work in getting the message out about the Annual Household Eligibility Form. As a reminder, the District will send it out again today 12/10, and please send one last reminder to your families either 12/11 or 12/14. Thank you!

Singing in Class
Singing, chanting, shouting, cheering, physical exertion, and similar activities significantly increase the risk of COVID-19 transmission because these activities increase the release of respiratory droplets and fine aerosols into the air. Therefore, these activities should not be occurring in our classrooms.

Assessments 1.0 in Otus
We went over Assessments 1.0 at our last LITE meeting.  At a meeting that is convenient for your staff, your LITE should be going over how to view data with Assessments 1.0.  If you have any questions on how to view assessment data in Otus please let Brandon know and he is happy to assist.  It is a great way for PLCs to look at common assessments and see the data broken down by each question on the assessment.  Below is a guide with more information.

RCSD Caroling Night Info
Please include this flyer in your school blogs and other parent communications this week and next. The music team is offering this event to all families in the district in lieu of winter concerts, to help build community morale and inspire families to sing together.

Each elementary teacher in the district will lead a "sing-along song."  Therefore, each elementary school will be represented by their own music teacher!  We have introduced the songs in our online lessons this week and last.

What: RCSD Music Caroling Night
When: December 17th, 7pm
Where: RCSD Music Youtube Livestream

*The flier itself includes a hyperlink to the event.
