Report Card Information
A reminder all grades are due in PowerSchool by 11:59PM PST on March 6th and report cards go home on March 8th.  We will be sending out more information regarding grades later today to all teachers and site admin.  Based on limited call volume and support requests, we will no longer be offering weekend support the weekend prior.

IA Interviews
Remember if you have IA openings at your site, please conduct the interviews and follow up paperwork in a timely fashion. The information should be sent back to the personnel department as soon as possible. A timely turn around is an important part of the hiring and onboarding process in our district. Thank you.

Please refer parents to other resources. Fire Marshall Inspection Follow-up was completed with the fire inspector to clarify what each school site needs to have posted. Please review the following and make sure your site is ready to go. In the front office/in safety plan binder- easy to access: - Post the telephone number for the fire department. - List of who does what during a fire emergency. BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver.
