Progress Report Reminder
PLC Progress Report Prep is next Wednesday, April 19th.  A reminder that progress reports go home next Friday, 4/21/23.  There are more details in the Educator Blog if needed. Middle Schools it is your responsibility to send out a message, here is a sample message you can use.

i-Ready Window 3

i-Ready Window 3 begins April 17th and ends May 26th. Window 3 is required for 2nd-grade students and is optional for 3rd-8th grade students.

i-Ready Instruction- Grades 2-5

Next year the district will be purchasing i-Ready instruction for one subject per grade level in grades 2-5. Please complete the form below by April 21st, 2023 indicating which subject your grade levels would like purchased by the district.

Lexia Licenses- Grades 2-5
We have some remaining Lexia licenses left for the 2022-2023 school year. Below is the form for teachers to fill out if they are interested in obtaining Lexia licenses for their students. Please have the form completed by Friday, April 14th. Students should receive access around April 19th. I will send out more information and resources as soon as the student receive access.

K/1 Reading Supplemental Curriculum

If you haven’t already, please use the form below to indicate if your site currently (or plans to next year) uses a supplemental phonics or phonemic awareness program to support foundational skills instruction. Please complete by April 13th, 2023.

This is something helpful to keep in hand for families in need not only during the holidays, but all year long. LiveScan Update The Roseville PD is no longer doing live scans for fingerprinting. Please refer parents to other resources. Fire Marshall Inspection Follow-up was completed with the fire inspector to clarify what each school site needs to have posted. Please review the following and make sure your site is ready to go. BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
