Principals, a reminder to email your coach by May 1st for any rollover requests.


Last Day for PE and Music is June 2nd

PE and Music teachers will not provide instruction on the last two instructional days of school. These days will be used for doing equipment inventory at each site.

If you have not already submitted your Teacher Who Makes A Difference please do so by May 5th. If you did not receive an email with those details, please reach out to your coach and they can get you the info.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
