Face Mask Exemption Form
Just a reminder to please complete the Face Mask Exemption form that was sent out today from Meghan Baichtal. We are just trying to understand how many exemptions and/or requests sites are receiving. Please take a few moments to fill this form out today.

2021-2022 Stipends
Your stipend sheet has been shared with you. Please have it filled out by August 16. If you have any questions, please contact your coach.

LineWize Notifications
Principals will be receiving notifications again of when their students are looking up adult or inappropriate content. Please follow your previous procedures for these notifications (i.e., following up with students, looping in counselors/APs, etc.).

IA and LMS Professional Development Hours
Principals, please review your site tab on this spreadsheet. Please remove any duplicate entries for your IAs and LMS that participated in your site PD on August 2. Also, if you see one of your IAs or your LMS did not submit the form but attended the PD, please have them complete this form to record their hours.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LCFF Funds If you are placing any orders using LCFF money, here is a helpful resource to look at when determining if LCFF can be used. When in doubt, always reach out to your coach or Rachael. Kindergarten Communication Timeline Please refer to this Kindergarten Communication Timeline which has the dates that Swift messages will be sent from the District and from the Site regarding full day Kindergarten and early dismissal for the first 7 days of school.
