Air Quality and Temperature Guidelines
In the Educator Blog, we added information about air quality and temperature guidelines. If you have any questions, please ask your coach.
Safety Corner
Drills
If you have programs on your sites, such as Adventure Club, please make sure your office communicates with them in regards to days and times of drills. They will not receive Raptor alerts as Raptor connects with PowerSchool and the Adventure Club staff is not our employees.
Using Phones for Lockdown Emergency
As shared in a prior leadership meeting, the technology department is working on setting up the staff phones to automatically connect to the school intercom system to call a lockdown. Bryan Lemas will be connecting with you when it’s ready to go for your site. It will be a button on the phone with the word LOCKDOWN next to it.
Please reach out if you have any questions.
Attendance: Truancy Letters and SARB Information
We will be closing up our first month of school soon and should be running our first set of truancy letters. Please refer to the following resources when creating truancy letters and holding SART/DART meetings. All resources are also housed within the blog in the SARB folder.

In order to support the SSP process across the district, Julie Murdaugh will be visiting site SSP meetings throughout the year. Be on the lookout for a google invite from her. Don’t worry if you don’t have student-centered meetings scheduled for this day; she will visit and meet with your team to talk about logistics and check in about support.
*Reminder that the SSP Facilitator training meeting is scheduled for Monday, 9/19 via zoom. (This is elementary ONLY). Therefore, the first site visit will take place Wednesday, 9/28/22.
