i-Ready Parent Night

We will be having a virtual i-Ready Parent Education Night on September 19, 2022 from 6:30-7:30pm. This will be for families with students in 2nd-5th grade as it will cover both the assessment and instruction piece of i-Ready. We will be emailing more information to families on Monday! Here is a flyer if you would like to include information in your weekly communication.

-Visit PLCs to continue facilitating data conversations and/or to listen, learn, and gather information regarding your PLCs current practices.


-Please complete the 2022-2023 DELAC Site Representative Form  by 10/7

-Work with your site clerical/counselors to develop your plan and procedures for sending out truancy letters. 

- Check your SWIS user management here  and update by Friday 9/16


- Middle School Only - Document site protocol for responding to email alerts from Linewize Monitor and send 

   to Rachael by 9/16.

BUSINESS SERVICES Assemblies Involving Animals If you are hosting an assembly at your site that involves animals you may need to have parents sign the SIG Activities Waiver. All assemblies that involve animals on campus should be communicated to parents before the event. This can be done through an email, newsletter, blog, etc. If your students WILL be touching the animals, parents must fill out the SIG Activities Waiver. If your students will NOT be touching animals and will only be looking at the animals from a distance, you do not need to have parents fill out the waiver.
